Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed except for a small issue with the jetted tub. However, the exceptional staff more than made up for it. The location was perfect, surrounded by great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide range of choices. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable overall.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room on an upper floor with a city view was absolutely stunning, equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a large flat screen TV, minibar, safe, hairdryer, and plenty of wardrobe space. The bed was super cozy and made for a comfortable night's sleep. The service was top-notch with very polite staff, especially the bartenders Damien and Fabrizio who really knew how to mix up fantastic drinks. The location, known as the 'American' side of Santiago, was perfect for me, being close to a huge shopping mall, supermarket, excellent restaurants, and in a safe upscale neighborhood. The dining experience was delightful with unexpected culinary surprises and a good variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with excellent facilities and top-notch service. It boasts a great location with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, ideal for a pleasant stay. The dining experience is exceptional, providing a wide range of choices for a satisfying meal.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were not as charming or spacious as I had hoped, they were of a good standard and had excellent facilities. The service, especially in solving a car hire issue despite the language barrier, was impressive. The location was in a wonderful upscale neighborhood, but the dining options were too expensive. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though a bit small and facing the back of the hotel, were very comfortable. However, there was one issue with the jetted tub not working. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to meet my needs and being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location in the exclusive Vitacura neighborhood was convenient, close to malls, parks, and excellent restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were more than adequate. However, the price may not fully reflect the value for money.
Staying in a corner room provided breathtaking views of the Andes on one side and the Sky Tower on the other. The room, although slightly small, was comfortable, but at times the air conditioning was a bit too cold. The overall area was nice but lacked the charm found in other hotels like the Marriott and the Mandarin Oriental.
My stay at the hotel was great overall! The rooms were nice, although the jetted tub didn't work, but the exceptional staff made up for it. The location was perfect for us, in a safe upscale neighborhood with easy access to shopping and dining. The dining experience was more than adequate, with a wide range of choices.
The hotel is situated in an exclusive Vitacura neighborhood, offering a lovely pool and outside relaxing area. The rooms, unfortunately, suffered from noise issues due to the nightclub above, and the distance from the city center and airport may be inconvenient. However, the presence of a large nearby mall and supermarket could enhance the stay.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were spacious and had incredible views of both the Andes and the Sky Tower. The bed was super comfy, and the large shower was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff who offered great recommendations for activities and dining options. The location was convenient, close to a mall and easy access to the subway and other attractions. Dining was excellent, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, it was a very good holiday experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a very comfy bed and a large shower. However, my room on the upper floor with a city view wasn't ready upon arrival, and for an extra $80 per night, I could add a special lounge area, though it was noisy from traffic and the window shades allowed light to seep in.
